Cleaning services offered

At Chon's Cleaning and Services, we understand the importance of first impressions. Whether your office or place of business is small or large, Chon's Cleaning and Services recognizes the importance of a detailed proposal tailored to fit your individual requirements.

AirBnB Cleaning

Entry Area by front door

Vacuum, mop the floor.
Clean walls with any markings or dirt
Dust entry table/cabinet
Dust baseboards & windowsills

KITCHEN/ DINING ROOM

Empty/wipe down fridge and freezer. Check bottom drawers and for any spills
Dispose of all food that is opened and left behind. Unopened items can stay for next guest based on your discretion.
Clean stovetop and outside of the oven
Clean inside and outside of microwave
Clean sink, wipe/dry faucet
Check dishwasher for dishes. If clean put away. If not wash with the other dishes and put away so dishwasher is empty and ready for next guests. Wipe down the front of dishwasher.
Clean and wipe down countertops, cooktop, door & cabinet handles, sink, faucet.
Wipe counters, cabinets, and trash can
Vacuum and Mop floors
Spot check cabinets and check crumbs etc are not in the drawers or cabinets.
Put new paper towel in holder if less than 1/2 left, and put old one in pantry cabinet.
Put out one new hand towel on stove open handle.
Report missing items (pots and pans, utensils, plates, appliances, etc).
Refill hand and dish soap dispenser if low or empty.
Vacuum and mop floors around table floor
Wipe down dining room table and chairs. Refold blankets on chairs if needed.

LIVING ROOM

Make sure pillows are staged nicely on couch(es)
Wash the furniture covers
Vacuum couch & pillows to remove any lint & dust (as needed).
Clean and disinfect coffee table and side tables
Make sure to clean any marks on the walls.
Dust TV, wipe down remotes and place on TV stand
Check the TV(s) if it works with Netflix
Sweep/vacuum rug/floor & mop floors.
Dust light fixtures/fan
empty tne crasm bin. wipe down crasn can.
Put out clean Hand towel & clean bath mat
Place 2 sets of toilet paper under the sink in the bathroom.

BEDROOM(S)

Check closets/desk drawers for guest items and for missing items.
Check for garbage (under bed/between mattress and headboard)
Remove linens and launder. Remake bed with clean linens

Wipe down side tables.
Sweep/vacuum rug/floor & mop floors.

BATHROOM(S)

Check the entire bathroom for wear-and-tear, leaks, and other damage (are the towel racks falling off, etc) Take pics and please notify owners immediately.
Clean shower walls, floor, and hardware (ensure shower curtain liner is inside shower and curtain is outside)
Clean mirror
Clean vanity, drawers, sink, and hardware
Clean light switch
Refill hand soap if empty or low.
Check shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion refills if the owner supplied
Clean toilet, seat, tank, and base. Clean and mop the floor. Wipe walls surrounding the toilet
Empty the trash bin. Wipe down trash can if look Dirty.
Dust and wipe walls and baseboards & window sills (Remove any dead bugs and spiderwebs)
Wipe down side tables.
Sweep/vacuum rug/floor & mop floors.
Lay out 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths
Sweep/vacuum rug/floor & mop floors.
Clean any trash and wipe down out door table
Arrange furniture & wipe off any leaves
